Mat Class: Stretch and Strengthen

This virtual yoga and Pilates-inspired class combines equal parts yoga asana and Pilates exercises to address common muscular imbalances. Particular attention paid to reconnecting to deep core muscles and rebalancing muscles in the hip and pelvic floor. Great for those who are new to Pilates or yoga, newly postpartum or recovering from injury.
