• Prenatal Yoga

    Help prepare for birth with this dynamic vinyasa flow class, designed specifically for the mom-to-be. This class offers relief from many of the common aches and pains that can accompany pregnancy, while also building stamina and strength in preparation for birth. Learn to connect with breath to support you during labor, as well as movements and poses that can provide comfort and pain relief. Props recommended, but not required.

  • Mat Class: Stretch and Strengthen

    This yoga and Pilates-inspired class combines equal parts yoga asana and Pilates exercises to address common muscular imbalances. Particular attention is paid to reconnecting to deep core muscles and rebalancing muscles in the hip and pelvic floor. Great for those who are new to Pilates or yoga, recovering from injury or managing chronic pain.

  • All Levels Vinyasa Flow

    This yoga class is open to all, regardless of previous yoga experience. This dynamic class links poses with breath in a flowing format to build heat in the body, and induce calm and focus in the mind. This class will focus on alignment and breath, with opportunities provided to modify poses appropriately based on yoga experience.
